The microphone has a balance d, transformerless
output. The 3-pin XLR connector has the following
standardized pin assignments:
Pin 1: 0 V/Ground
Pin 2: Modulation (+phase)
Pin 3: Modulation (–phase)
For operation with unbalanced inputs, pin 2 is the
signal-bearing contact.

The values are valid for clean and well-looked-a er
microphones or microphone capsules, respectively. Any
kind of pollution of capsules and membranes may restrict
the said values.
