P-FLO AIR INTAKE KIT – PART #65.10.49*w/Air Pump & #65.10.48
Fits: 2013.5-UP VW JETTA GLI & BEETLE 2.0 TSI/210 HP, 2014 BEETLE, JETTA, PASSAT 1.8 TSI/170HP

1 – INTAKE PIPE 1 – STAINLESS STEEEL P-FLO BRACKET 1 – NEUSPEED FILTER 1 – SCREWDRIVER 1 – 8mm NUT DRIVER 1 – T25 TORX
1 – #48 HOSE CLAMP 1 – RUBBER ISOLATOR 1 – RUBBER GROMMET 1 – 11mm WRENCH 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS 1 – T30 TORX
1 – ACORD NUT 3 – M6 x 12mm CAP BOLTS 3 – M6 LOCK NUTS
1 – BILLET AIR PUMP FITTING* 1 – PLASTIC HOSE SUPPORT CLIP* 1 – MINI AIR PUMP FILTER*
1. Disconnect air intake hose from air filter
box using spring clamp pliers and
remove spring clamp.
2. AIR PUMP ONLY: Squeeze collar to
unlock and disconnect air pump hose
from air filter box lid.
3. Disconnect vent line from air box lid.
4. Unscrew all T25 Torx screws around air
filter box lid and remove.
5. Remove cover at intake duct.
6. Using a T30 Torx, unbolt lower air filter
box, located on back side.
7. Using a screwdriver push in the locking
tabs (one on each side of tube) and
disconnect air box inlet tube from duct
connected to radiator core support.
8. Lift off lower air filter box from rubber
grommet mounts, then lift out left side
first and rotate intake tube around small
coolant hose to remove.
9. Remove air intake duct at radiator core
support (2) T25 Torx, one on each side.
10. Install and tighten rubber isolator into
threaded stand-off just in front of
battery.
11. First install NEUSPEED intake pipe with
#48 hose clamp supplied into turbo
intake tube, then attach P-Flo bracket
onto rubber grommet mount and rubber
isolator.
