PARTS LIST: 65.10.80 TOOLS REQUIRED:

1 – STAINLESS STEEL BRACKET 1 – SILICONE HOSE WITH BILLET FITTINGS 1 – FILTER 1 – 7/16” WRENCH 1 – 7/16” SOCKET 1 – RATCHET HANDLE 1 – PHILIPS SCREWDRIVER

2 – ¼” X ⅝” HEX BOLTS 2 – ¼ - 20 LOCK NUTS 1 – #48 HOSE CLAMP 1 – FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS 1 – T20 TORX 1 – T25 TORX

1 – #52 HOSE CLAMP 1 – WEATHER STRIPPING 1 – Vinyl Cap 1 – WD-40 1 – DUCT TAPE

1– Wire Tie

REMOVE FACTORY ENGINE COVER (AIR FILTER HOUSING):

1. Remove (2) T20 Torx screws from air intake duct.

2. Disconnect intake hose from air box inlet adapter (dummy

MAF) using spring clamp pliers or equivalent.

3. Carefully pull up engine cover on one side first, then the

other side. To ease removal, spray WD-40 or equivalent on

rubber mounts underneath cover. NOTE: If rubber

grommets remain on ball pin mounts, remove and replace

underneath cover.

4. Remove air intake connection from front core support by

removing (2) T25 Torx screws on each side.

5. Disconnect Secondary Air Injection hose (if equipped) and

crankcase ventilation hose from intake air duct, squeeze

collar to release locking tabs. Release spring clamp at

throttle body and remove intake air duct.

6. Loosely attach silicone hose onto throttle body with #48

hose clamp and #52 hose clamp on opposite side.

7. Connect crankcase ventilation hose and Secondary Air

Injection hose to billet fittings on silicone hose.

NOTE: For vehicles not equipped with Secondary Air

Injection use supplied vinyl cap and wire tie on billet fitting.

8. Remove (2) Phillips screws that mount the air box inlet

adapter to engine cover and separate.

9. Install air box inlet adapter to stainless steel bracket using (2) bolts and (2) lock nuts supplied. 12. Wipe inside of filter mounting flange to remove any filter oil residue and install air filter. NOTE: Re-check tightness of air filter mounting clamp after one week. 10. Insert air box inlet adapter into silicone hose, and then push down stainless steel bracket onto pin mount just in front of the battery. Adjust bracket as necessary and make sure silicone hose is fully seated. 13.
