Installing the Smoker Box
Place the smoker box on grill grates in desired location.

• Do not put more than 0.2 Kg (0.4 Lbs) of wood chips in the smoker box for smoking.
• Do not pour more than 1/2 litre of liquid for moisturing the meat.
• Do not place smoker box on top of the sear burner.
• For good smoke performance, soak the wood chips for not less than 30 minutes, drain excess liquid and ll the smoker
tray completely.
• To improve smoke performance, keep the hood closed as much as possible while food is grilling.
NOTE
WARNING
If not thoroughly soaked, the wood chips will are up during grilling. To extinguish ame, turn o the valves, open the hood
and let the re stop.
• Alder: Medium, tart smoke avor. Excellent on sh, chicken or game.
• Maple: Sweet, hearty smoke avor. Best with sh, jerky or bacon.
• Apple: Light, sweet smoke avor. Superb with poultry, ham or sausage.
• Hickory: Heavy smoke avor. Best with beef, pork or game.
• Mesquite: Light smoke avor. Excellent on sh, poultry or beef.
• Oak: Heavy smoke avor. Best with beef, lamb or pork.
• Pecan: Rich, sweet, versatile avor. Good with any grilled foods.
• Grapevine: Strong smoke avor. Best with beef or poultry.
