NEWAIR LIMITED WARRATNY
Full One Year Warranty
This product is warranted by NewAir to be free from defective workmanship and materials, subject to
any conditions set forth as follows:
Warranty Terms:
For a period one (1) year from the original date of purchase, NewAir will repair or replace any parts of
this appliance free of charge, including labor, that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship,
provided the appliance has been used under normal operating conditions as intended by the
manufacturer. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or transportation costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty will not apply if damage is caused by any of the following:
• Repairs by unauthorized persons or service centers
• Mishandling, improper installation, modification or unreasonable use including incorrect voltage
• Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
• Power failure
• Damage in transit or when moving the appliance
• Improper power supply such as low voltage, defective household wiring or inadequate fuses
• Accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of the appliance such as using non-approved accessories,
inadequate air circulation in the room or abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures)
• Use in commercial or industrial applications
• Fire, water damage, theft, war, riot, hostility or acts of God such as hurricanes, floods, etc.
• Use of force or damage caused by external influences
• Partially or completely dismantled appliances
Obtaining Service:
When making a warranty claim, please have your model number, serial number and proof of purchase
available. Once confirmed that your appliance is eligible for the warranty service, all repairs will be
performed by a NewAir™ authorized repair facility. The purchaser will be responsible for any removal or
transportation costs. Replacement parts and/or units will be new, re-manufactured or refurbished and is
subject to the manufacturer’s discretion. NewAir is not responsible for damage resulting from shipper
mishandling or improper packaging. Do not return a defective product to the place of purchase.
Products received without a return authorization number will be refused.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE
EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS REQUIRED BY LAW, IT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS
WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. NEITHER THE MANUFACTURER NOR ITS DISTRIBUTORS SHALL
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY
NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE
WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT
VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
