NewCommWorld Co., Ltd or seller warrants NLM155A1, if it is properly installed and
used, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially
conform to NewCommWorld's publicly available specifications for a period of one (1)
year after the date of the NLM155A1 purchased (whether purchased separately or as a
part of a computer system). If the NLM155A1 which is the subject of the warranty fails
during the warranty period for reasons covered by this warranty, NewCommWorld Co.,
Ltd or seller will repair the NLM155A1 by means of hardware and/of firmware, or if
NewCommWorld Co., Ltd or seller is unable to repair it replace faulty NLM155A1 with
another one.
