9 Troubleshoong and Support
Before you contact technical support:
1. Check if all the cables are properly connected.
2. Turn off the PC and the plaorm, restart, and try again.
3. If your plaorm suddenly stops responding, this may be a result of ther-
mal protecon being acvated. Turn it off, let it cool off for at least 15
minutes, and try again.
If you require further assistance, contact technical support at
support@nextlevelracing.com.
Any warranty and non-warranty repairs should be performed
by the distributors service department or a qualified techni-
cian, authorized by Next Level Racing.
