13b: Bolt through side mount brackets in to the wheel front mount plate
13c: Bolt through side mount brackets in to mounting arm
13d: Loosen bolt in the slot to adjust angle of wheel base
13e: Tighten bolt in the slot to lock angle of wheel base
Note: Use level provided. Wheel bracket
must be kept flat and level during installation
to avoid skewing.
