TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Cannot swith on

1. Check whether the battery has been charged, or
charge the battery.
2. Use the adapter to supply power.
Automatically turns off
1. Check whether the battery has been charged, or
charge the battery.
Wi-Fi connection fails
1. Make sure your router is Wi-Fi support (WLAN).
2. Check the security password, and make sure you
type in the correct password. If you forget the
password, you can either check the setup of access
point/router or call the manufacter for help.
3. Make sure your Wi-Fi network can be connected to
the internet. If not, please call your ISP (internet
service provider) for help.
Blurred image
1. Check the original size and quality of the pictures.
IR remote doesn't work
1. Change batteries in the remote control.
2. Ensure that the IR sensor is not covered by object or
the frame. Sensor location is shown on Page 5.
Blurred or no picture
1. Broken screen - see page 44 for broken screen
identification.
2. Non warrantable damage.
Pixel failure
1. The LCD screen contains 1,440,000 pixels. Pixels can
fail during normal product life. 1 pixel=0.00007%
failure rate. One pixel failure/per year of operation is
considered normal and not a cause for concern.
