NGK Spark Plug Wire Set

Limited Lifetime Warranty

This NGK Spark Plug Wire Set is warranted against defects in material and workmanship

for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed.

Your NGK retailer where you purchased the set from will replace any such spark plug

wire set in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

This warranty applies only to NGK Spark Plug Wire Sets and is extended only to the

original purchaser of the product for the specific application listed in the current NGK

Application Catalogue(s). NGK Spark Plug Wire Sets are warranted only when strictly

used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for such installation and

operation. This warranty does not apply to any NGK Spark Plug Wire Set installed on;

commercial, fleet, heavy duty, off-road, and/or racing applications. Further, this

warranty does not apply to any NGK Spark Plug Wire Set which has been improperly

installed, altered, repaired, subjected to abuse, damaged from accidents, negligence, or

misuse. Cost of labour and/or replacement of additional or other parts, including

incidental or consequential damages, are not covered by this warranty. If vehicle

application coverage is discontinued, warranty is null and void.

Any NGK Spark Plug Wire Set claimed to be defective due to a manufacturing defect in

materials or workmanship should be returned to the NGK retailer where you purchased

the set from and must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and/or work

order. All product claimed to be defective may be examined, evaluated, and tested by the

appropriate NGK Spark Plugs subsidiary company in that country for defects in materials

or workmanship. Should any NGK Spark Plug Wire Set prove to be defective in

materials and/or workmanship according to the terms of this warranty, the appropriate

NGK Spark Plugs subsidiary company in that country will, at the company's option and

sole discretion, provide a replacement NGK Spark Plug Wire Set.

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty of quality, whether written

or implied, and is limited to the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific

legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from province, state, or

country. Information or assistance regarding warranty claims may be obtained by writing

to the appropriate NGK Spark Plugs subsidiary company in your country as listed below:
