Writing language
You can select the desired language to use for messaging.
Time and date
o
Set home city: select the town you want to use as reference point.
o
Set foreign city: select a foreign city, with a different time zone.
o
Set time/date: set the current date and time, and enable/disable daylight saving.
o
Set format: set the date and time format.
o
Update with time zone: if enabled, this allows to update the current date and time automatically, according
to the time zone you’re in.
Note: if the battery is removed from the phone, or if the device is not used for a long time, it shall be necessary
to set again date and time.
Schedule power on/off
You can easily make a schedule when your phone will turn on or off (4 different time slots).
Special note: please disable the updating option in all areas where the use of mobile phones is inhibited.
Auto update of date and time
Toggle on/off the automatic update of date and time. This updating doesn’t affect alarm
clock or calendar. The update must be supported by network operator.
UART settings
Enable the UART settings on one of the two SIM cards.
SIM manager
In every moment you can choose the most appropriate setting for your SIM cards according
to the situation:
 Dual SIM active

Only SIM1 active

Only SIM2 active

Flight mode
SIM selection method

Static: at start-up, the phone will automatically load the last selected option (Dual SIM, SIM1, SIM2 or
Flight mode)
o
Dynamic: at each start-up, the phone will request which option to load.
Network settings
For each SIM, the following options are available:
o
Network selection: for each SIM you can decide between an automatic selection and a manual one.
o Preferences: for each SIM you can browse a list of networks where to register and assign a priority.
Note: disposition and availability of these options may vary according to the operator of
each SIM.
Security settings
Security SIM (1 and 2): you can set up the SIM card lock on your phone, so that it can’t be used without a
Personal Identification Number (PIN). When the lock is enabled, you must enter the PIN each time you turn the
