NOTE

Insert the (–) end of the battery ﬁrst and press it against the spring. If you try to force

the (+) end of the battery in ﬁrst, it will deform the spring and damage the battery and

transmitter.

3. Close the cover.

Situations Requiring Battery Replacement

Replace the batteries when any of the following occurs.

• The transmitter generates a constant alarm (continuous “peep” sound).

• The transmitter LCD does not display anything when the power is turned on.

• The receiving monitor displays a battery replacement message.

Battery Level Indication

Indication Battery Level Message on the Receiving Monitor

Batteries are fully charged.

There is no message on the monitor.

Batteries are getting low.

Batteries are low.

Batteries are almost empty.

Replace batteries.

Message requiring battery replacement is

No signal can be transmitted to the monitor.

There is no indication on the monitor.
