Installing the Strava app

• Download the Strava app.

Via the Google Play Store or the App Store

Connecting the Strava app with the Orunning app

• Open the Orunning app.

• Select the Activity panel.

• Select the activity you wish to export.

• Select the icon.

• Select upload strava. • The app opens the internet browser automatically. • Select Authorize on the webpage.

• Press Open. • The internet browser will close and the Orunning app opens. • The Strava app is successfully connected with the Orunning app.

Uploading an activity to the Strava app • • • Open the Orunning app. Select theActivity panel. Select the activity you wish to export. • Select the icon.

• When the upload is succesfull, the here below pop-up will show. • Press OK. • The activity is succesfully uploaded to the Strava app. • Close the Orunning app.
