- The installation should be carried out by a registered installer and in compliance with the statutory
regulations.

- During installation, the following should be taken into account (non-exhaustive list):

- the technology currently available at the time of installation.
- this user manual, which only states general regulations and should therefore be read within the scope
of each specific installation.
- the rules of proper workmanship.

Problem Cause Solution
Negative tone when pressing the
bell push button.
Programming error or
associated internal unit not
correctly installed.
Erase programming, then restart
programming.
Installation in programming

Speech and other functions (e.g.
door opener) are working, but
there is no image.
The internal or external unit
receives no power.
Check cabling on the power
supply, internal unit and external
unit using the wiring diagram.
The image is completely
disturbed and unrecognisable
(striping, …).
V1 and V2 are reversed. Reverse the conductors.
