The Release Mode Dial and
S
Button
Q
Quiet shutter
release
Take pictures more quietly than in single-
frame mode. Burst shooting at rates of 1 to 5
fps is also supported.

Self-timer Take pictures with the self-timer.

UP Mirror up
The mirror is raised before shooting to
minimize blur caused by camera shake.

Quick release-

selection
The release mode can be selected by holding
