Using an External
Microphone
Instead
of
the
built

n microphone,
the
optional
ME
-1
stereo microphone
ca
n be used
to
record sound in stereo
or
to reduce noise caused
by
lens vibration being recorded
during
autofocus.

Rotate
the
live
view
selector
to~
(movie
live
view).

the

button.
The mirror
will
be raised and
the view through the lens
will
be displayed in the camera
monitor.

Focus.
Press
the
AF-ON
button
or
press the
shutter-release
button
halfway
to
focus.
