Format Memory Cards Before First Use
Memory cards must be formatted before fi rst use.

104).
Follow the steps below to choose a language and set the time and date.

Turn the camera on
The fi rst time the camera is turned on, a language-
selection dialog will be displayed. Choose a lan-
guage and set the time and date as described on
the following pages.
