period
if

to
be
defective
in

workmanship,
Nikon
Inc.
or
one
of
its
authorized
repair
facilities
will
at
its
option,
either
repair
or
replace
this
product
without
charge,
subject
to
the

limitations
and
exclusions:

warranty
extends
to

original consumer purchaser
only
and
is
not
assignable
or
transferable.
2. This
warranty
shall
not
apply
to
any

which

abuse, negligence

or
