Shooting Features
y M u Food
• The focus mode (A65) setting is changed to D
(macro close-up) and the camera automatically
zooms to the closest position at which it can
focus.
• You can adjust hue by using the command dial.
The hue setting is saved in the camera’s memory
even after the camera is turned off.
• You can move the focus area. Press the k
button, use the multi selector HIJK or rotate
it to move the focus area, and press the k button to apply the setting.

• The camera captures a series of up to 10 images while the shutter-release
button is held all the way down, and the sharpest image in the series is
automatically selected and saved (BSS (Best Shot Selector)).
• The flash does not fire.

• The shutter speed is fixed at about 4 seconds.
• The telephoto zoom position is restricted to the angle of view equivalent to that
of approx. 500 mm lens (in 35mm [135] format).

• Use together with D (macro close-up) focus mode (A65) when shooting
subjects that are close to the camera.
