地名情報データ使用許諾契約書

4. 著作権及びその他の知的財産権

本データは、日本国著作権法、その他の国の著作権法及び国際条約の規定によ

り保護されています。お客様は、本データに含まれる著作権表示、商標又はそ

の他の保護表示を除去してはなりません。

5. 免責

ニコン及びニコンのライセンサーは、お客様の本データの使用に関連して生じ

るお客様ご自身又は第三者の損害、その他の問題について、一切の責任を負い

ません。但し、法律に当該免責を認めない旨の定めのある場合はこの限りでは

ありません。ニコン及びニコンのライセンサーは、本データの内容を随時変更

する権利を留保します。

6. その他

本データ使用許諾契約は、日本国の法律に基づいて解釈されるものとします。

本データ使用許諾契約に関する一切の紛争の管轄裁判所は東京地方裁判所と

します。

Government End Users.

If the Data supplied by NAVTEQ is being acquired by or on behalf of the United

States government or any other entity seeking or applying rights similar to

those customarily claimed by the United States government, the Data is a

"commercial item" as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. ("FAR") 2.101, is licensed

in accordance with the End-User Terms under which this Data was provided,

and each instruction manual accompanying the Client device containing a

copy of the Data delivered or otherwise furnished shall be marked and

embedded as appropriate with the following "Notice of Use," and shall be

treated in accordance with such Notice:

If the Contracting Officer, federal government agency, or any federal official

refuses to use the legend provided herein, the Contracting Officer, federal

government agency, or any federal official must notify NAVTEQ prior to

seeking additional or alternative rights in the Data.
