达成的完整协议，并整体取代之前我
们之间就该标的物所达成的任何及所
有书面或口头协议。
管辖法律。
上述条款及条件应受日本
法律的管辖，且不适用
(i) 与其有关的
冲突法条文，或
(ii) 联合国国际货物买
卖合同公约
(United Nations Convention
for Contracts for the International Sale of
Goods)

据所在国家因任何理由视日本法律不
适用于本协议，则本协议应受您获得
数据时所在国家的法律管辖。您同

Government End Users. If the Data
supplied by NAVTEQ is being acquired
by or on behalf of the United States
government or any other entity seeking
or applying rights similar to those
customarily claimed by the United
States government, the Data is a
"commercial item" as that term is
defined at 48 C.F.R. ("FAR") 2.101, is
licensed in accordance with the End-
User Terms under which this Data was
provided, and each instruction manual
accompanying the Client device
containing a copy of the Data delivered
or otherwise furnished shall be marked
and embedded as appropriate with the
following "Notice of Use," and shall be
treated in accordance with such Notice:
If the Contracting Officer, federal
government agency, or any federal official
refuses to use the legend provided herein,
the Contracting Officer, federal
government agency, or any federal official
must notify NAVTEQ prior to seeking
additional or alternative rights in the Data
