E Voice Memo: Recording and Playback
Use the camera’s built-in microphone to record voice memos for images.
Recording Voice Memos
1 Select the desired image from full-frame
playback mode (A 82) and tap the bottom
tab.
2 Tap E.
The screen for recording voice memos is displayed.
3 Tap W to record a voice memo.
Recording ends after about 20 seconds.
Do not touch the built-in microphone during recording.
To exit without recording voice memos, tap J.
During recording, o blinks in the monitor.
Recording ends when S is tapped during recording.
When recording ends, the voice memo playback screen is
displayed. Follow the instructions in step 3 of “Playing
Voice Memos” (A 112) to play the voice memo.
