Recording and Playing Back Movies
Playing Back Movies
1 Press the c (playback) button to select playback
mode.
• Use the multi selector to select a movie.
• Movies can be recognized by the movie options icon
(A86).
2 Press the k button to play back a movie.
Operations Available During Movie Playback
Rotate the multi selector to fast forward or rewind.
Playback controls appear at the top of the monitor.
Press the multi selector J or K to select an icon of
playback control, then press the k button to perform
the following operations.
* The movie can also be advanced or rewound by rotating the multi selector.
To delete a movie, use full-frame playback mode (A28) or thumbnail playback
mode (A70) to select a movie and press the l button (A29).
Adjusting the Volume
Operate the zoom control g/f (A1) during playback.
To Use Description
Rewind A Rewind the movie while the k button is pressed down.
Advance B Advance the movie while the k button is pressed down.
Pause E
The following operations can be performed with the playback
controls at the top of the monitor while playback is paused.
C
Rewind the movie by one frame. Hold down the k
button to rewind continuously.*
D
Advance the movie by one frame. Hold down the k
button to advance continuously.*
I
Extract and save only the required parts of the movie
(E27).
F Resume playback.
End G Return to full-frame playback mode.
