Rotate the main command dial to skip ahead or back

Rotate the sub-command dial to skip to next or
previous index, or to skip to the last or first frame if the
movie contains no indices.
Adjust volume Press

to increase volume, W (M) to decrease.
View movie
editing options
Press the i or J button to view movie editing options
(0 78).
Exit Press 1 or K to exit to full-frame playback.
Return to
shooting mode
Press the shutter-release button halfway to exit to
shooting mode.
