Getting to Know Nikon Viewer
The names and functions of the buttons in the Nikon Viewer window are shown in the follow-
ing table:

Fit Image to
Window

Displays the current image at a zoom ratio that al-
lows the entire image to be viewed.
Zoom In 113Zooms in on the current image.
Zoom Out 113Zooms out from the current image.
Zoom Cursor 114
The cursor takes the shape of a magnifying glass, al-
lowing you to zoom the current image in or out using
the mouse.
Hand Tool 114
The cursor takes the shape of a hand, allowing you
to scroll the current image using the mouse.
Edit 115
Opens the current image in the designated image
editing program.
Print 115Prints the current image
Slideshow 116
The images currently opened in Nikon Viewer are dis-
played in an automated slideshow.
E-mail 116Append the current image to an e-mail message.
Publish to
NikonNet or PDA

Upload all images in the current selection to the Web
(residents of the USA only) or a Pocket PC or Palm
hand-held device. This button is only available in the
version of Nikon View released in the Americas.
