The Fn1 and Fn2 Buttons
By default, the Fn1 button is used to choose the shooting menu b
ank (
0 421) and the Fn2 button,
the image area (0 99).
The assigned setting can be adjusted by holding the Fn1 or Fn2 butt
on and rotating the command
dials. In some cases, adjustments can be made using both the main and sub-command dials.
The roles played by these and other controls can be chosen in the Custom Settings menu. Controls
can be assigned a variety of different roles for still photography (
0 624), video recording (0 660),
and playback (0 641).
