Flash control mode
When a ash unit (an SB
-500, SB-400, or SB-300) is mounted on the
camera, the ash control mode, ash level, and other ash settings can
be adjusted using the [Flash control] > [Flash control mode] item in
the photo shooting menu.

ettings for ash units other than the SB-500, SB-400, and SB-300 can
only be adjusted using ash unit controls.

･ Flash output is adjusted automatically in response to shooting
conditions.
･ Flash compensation can be adjusted using [Flash
compensation] in the photo shooting menu.
