In pig fattening houses where the dirt typically sticks to the floor and
the dividing plates are typically high, we recommend you to accom-
plish the following washes:
• A dirty sty - washes 4, 5 and 6.
• A less dirty sty - washes 1, 2 (if you want a further cleaning, wash
3 may be added too).
In climate controlled livestock buildings and farrowing houses the
dirt is typically not so stuck, and as the dividing plates are not so
high, we recommend you to accomplish wash 1.
Typically the result of wash 1 alone will be satisfactory. As an alter-
native washes 2 and maybe 3 can be added.
You should consider the required number of washes carefully and
not accomplish more than 3 washes, as the efficiency of the robot
will hereafter drop sharply and thus the operational costs will in-
crease more than the usefulness of the washes.
You are advised to remove the remaining dirt manually immediately
upon the finishing of the robot.
Change of washing sequence during automatic wash
If you want to clean a very dirty sty in a big fattening house, select 6
washes.
When the programming has been finished and the arm has started
to turn, press the emergency button. Then the robot will go into
emergency stop fault mode.
When the robot is in emergency stop fault mode, it is possible to
change the number of accomplished washes by means of  and 
Change number of accomplished washes to 3. Then turn the emer-
gency stop button until released and then push and the robot
will now continue with wash 4 and subsequently washes 5 and 6,
whereafter it will stop.
Example:
1. Are the stys in a pig fattening house very dirty (see chart on the
opposite side).
2. Program the robot as usually; set number of washes 6.
3. Push one of the red emergency stop buttons on the robot.
4. Use  and  to select the number of accomplished washes; se-
lect 3 (The light on the display will flash between number of ac-
complished washes and emergency stop faults).
5. Turn the red emergency stop button to release it.
6. Push arrow key .
7. The robot will start with wash 4.
Accidental interruptions
It is at all times possible to change the wash the robot is doing by
pushing the emergency stop button and using the arrow keys as
described above.
