4 Safety precautions
4.1 Warning plates

Warning plate
Draws the Operator’s attention to the fact that the filter
must only be shaken when the vacuum cleaner is off.
Failure to do so will cause the shaking to have no effect
while the filter itself could be damaged.

TÜV Plate
TÜV is a German authority that monitors safety and
quality in machine constructions.
WARNING!
• Before starting and using the vacuum
cleaner, make sure that all safety
guards are installed and operating
properly.
• Do not tamper with the safety devices.
• Before each work shift or before using
the vacuum cleaner always make sure
that all protective and safety devices
are installed and operating properly.
Otherwise, turn off the vacuum
cleaner and return it to a Service
Center.
• The vacuum cleaner has been
manufactured with the utmost
consideration for the safety of the
operator.
• To use the vacuum cleaner properly,
comply with the maintenance and
technical service procedures, and
information given in this Manual.
• Never use compressed air to clean the
vacuum cleaner or its accessories.
• Do not open the dust container when
the vacuum cleaner is operating.
• Before connecting the vacuum
cleaner to the electrical mains, ensure
that the mains voltage and frequency
values match those indicated on the
vacuum cleaner technical data plate.
• Connect the vacuum cleaner to an
electrical mains with an efficient
ground circuit.
• Only authorised personnel must be
allowed to work on the electrical parts
of the vacuum cleaner. These
operations must be performed when
the vacuum cleaner is disconnected
from the electrical mains.
• Do not move the vacuum cleaner by
pulling the power cord. This could
damage the vacuum cleaner and
expose the operator to the risk of
electrocution.
WARNING!
Comply with the instructions and
warnings shown on the plates.
Failure to do this could cause personal
injuries and even death.
Check that the plates are always legible.
Otherwise, replace them. In case of
emergency, turn off the main power
switch and unplug the vacuum cleaner
from the wall socket.
WARNING!
SHAKE THE FILTER ONLY WHEN THE VACUUM
CLEANER IS OFF.
