If the phone detected an authorized network, the screen will display the network
name and signal strength. If no authorized network is foundthe phone can only make
emergency calls or use non-communications features.
Making a Call
In standby mode, press the numeric keys corresponding to the phone number you
are calling, including necessary area codes. Use
to erase erroneous inputs. Press
when done to connect.
To dial a number from phone book, please refer to Phone Book section. To redial
a number from call records list, please refer to the Call Records section.
Refusing a Call
Press or (returning a busy tone to the caller) to reject an incoming call.
Answering a Call
When there is an incoming call, the phone will give the corresponding alert
according to your settings (such as Vibrate or Ring). If your network supports caller ID, the
screen will display caller’s name, number, and picture (if available on your phone). You
can answer the incoming call by pressing
or .
Adjusting Call Volume
Press the (Flank Up/Down) Key to adjust earphone volume during call,
there are 7 volume levels to choose from. Or you can press
(Options) and select
Amplified Mode ON to turn on the hands-free loud speaker.
Ending a Call
Press to end a call or to terminate a connection after dialing.
Locking & Unlocking Keypad
Press and hold the key from the standby mode to lock or unlock the key pad
and prevent accidental key press.
Emergency Services
You can contact emergency service numbers without the need of a SIM card.
Different networks use different emergency numbers, please contact your network
operator for details.
Making an International Call
