To make an international call, please long press to display “” sign
(international call dial prefix), then enter the country code, area code, and phone number.
Use
to erase erroneous inputs. Press when done to connect.
Dialing from Phone Book
Enter the Phone Book (by pressing the down navigator or via the menu), use the
up or down navigator to scroll to the desired contact, or press the first letter of the name of
the desired contact as saved in your phonebook to start the list with names beginning with
the letter, then scroll to the desired name, press
to dial.
Playing Music
Your phone’s music player supports MP3, WAV, MIDI and other music file formats.
Long pressing
will open the Music Player. For detailed operation of the player,
please refer to the Media Player section.
USB Removable Mass Storage Media
Your phone may be used as an USB removable mass storage media with about
36 MB of memory capacity by simply plugging the USB data cable into the phone and the
desired device.
Please note that you may only be able to access and perform operations on the
files saved on the mass storage but not the files in the phone memory. After downloading,
remember to stop the USB removable mass storage media (if you are using a PC with
Windows
TM
OS, click on the USB Mass Storage Device icon at the Task Bar and click to
stop the device) first before removing the data cable to prevent accidental data loss.

Using the In-Call Menu
The feature provides some operations and features while you are in active call
with a party or several parties. Some of them are network dependent. Please ask your
network operator or service provider if they are available. Press
to enter the in-call
Options menu while on an active call to choose from the following functions:
¾ Amplified Mode ON/OFF: to activate the loudspeaker for hands-free function.
¾ Hold call/ Take back a call: to hold the active call or resume a held call.
¾ End call: to terminate the call.
¾ Secret Mode ON/OFF: if you need to speak confidentially with another person
present without the other party hearing your conversations, you can choose the
feature to Mute/Un-mute the phone.
¾ Phonebook: to perform search, add, and other phone book operations.
¾ Main menu: to access the Main Menu.
