 Set Date/Time: use the left or right navigator to move the cursor to position and
use numeric key pad to enter value or the up or down navigator to move value
up or down by a step.
 Automatic update: requiring network support, you may select update time and
date settings as Automatic, On Demand, or Manual..
 Display: select if time and date will be shown on standby display as Digital or
Analog clock or None (will not show).
 Time zone: selection based on GMT time zone in which you are currently
located..
 Daylight savings: select Winter Time (Normal), or daylight saving time of
(minus) 1 hour Summer Time, or 2 hours Summer time.
Language
Function: Set phone’s default language.

Select a default language by scrolling to it and hit
. If you choose Automatic,
the default language of your SIM’s network will be used.
Display
Function: Set phone’s display parameters.

 Wallpaper: select a wallpaper for your phone, it is the background image on
your standby screen, it may be Random (randomly chosen from the images
stored in your phone), downloaded from internet (wap.ehoo.cn); Browse and
choose from the phone or USB mass storage memory; or None.
 Operator name: Activate or Deactivate display of operator name or logo during
standby.
 Energy saving: sets Economy mode; Backlight; or view help
Economy mode: select Complete and input the number of seconds delay
before auto-locking keypad; Unlocked Keys to disable auto-locking of
the keypad; or Deactivate.
Backlight: select whether to have Full Backlight or Screen Only backlight
and use up or down navigator to scroll to a desired duration for the
backlight to stay On after inactivity, choices are 5 seconds, 10 seconds,
15 seconds, 20 seconds, and 25 seconds.
 Contacts: choose a Contact List or phone book memory (SIM, Phone, SIM and
Phone) to use as default. And choose order of Sorting (By Last Name or By First
Name).
Call
Function: Set how your phone handles calls, mostly requires network support.
