I cannot make a call.
Check the following:
You are in your network’s coverage area.
The number you had dialed is correct.
You have pressed the Call/Dial key.
You have sufficient credit.
Your SIM card offers the requested service and it is still valid.
You have deactivated outgoing call restrictions.
The network may be saturated, try again later.
If problem persists, contact your authorized service center.
I cannot be reached.
Check the following:
Your phone is switched on.
You are in your network’s coverage area.
Make an outgoing call and see if your phone and the network are working
properly.
Call forwarding (call diverts) is deactivated.
Incoming call restriction is deactivated.
If problem persists, contact your authorized service center.
I cannot hear the other party.
Your earpiece volume may be set too low, try adjusting the volume.
The other party is not able to hear what I am saying.
Your phone may be muted, un-mute it. Or something maybe blocking the microphone,
check and remove any obstruction.
My calls breaks-up, dropped, or have poor call quality.
Avoid placing your finger over your phone’s antenna area. Poor call quality may
also result from poor signal strength or network coverage gaps at either end of the call
connection. Try moving to another location or seek your network operator’s
assistance regarding network coverage.
My phone won’t ring.
Check the following:
You are in a network coverage area and your phone on.
Your phone is not set to silent or vibrate only mode.
Your ring volume is not set too low.
Your headset is not plugged-in. If the headset is plugged-in, your phone will
ring through the headphone.
I cannot use certain call functions.
Some advanced call functions are network dependent or requires subscription. Check
with your operator for its availability and your subscription status.
I cannot send or receive SMS.
Check that you are in network coverage area and your message service center
number is set correctly in the message settings. Contact your operator for more
details. Check if your message mailbox is not full too. The message icon will be
flashing if the mailbox is full, you have to delete some messages to free up memory
space.
