Operating Distance
This phone model is tested and meets RF exposure guidelines if used as follows when
receiving or transmitting voice or data:
Against the ear: hold the phone as normally would in using a landline phone.
Body worn: place in a carrying accessory with no metal parts at 1.5 cm minimum
distance from the body. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance. Position the
phone 1.5 cm away from the body if no body worn accessory is used or not holding it
against the ear.
Care & Maintenance
The following suggestions will help you take care of your phone for optimal
performance:
Keep the phone and all accessories out of reach of children.
Keep the phone dry. Your phone is not water resistant. Liquids contain minerals that
can corrode electronic circuits.
Keep the phone away from extreme temperatures. High temperatures can shorten
the lives of electronic components and the device; melt plastics parts; and damage
batteries. Remember to remove your phone from your vehicle when parked at an
open space.
Keep a back up or written copy of important information stored on your phone.
Do not attempt to open or disassemble the phone. Non-expert handling may damage
the phone.
Do not use strong cleaning solvents, either acidic or basic, to clean the phone.
Use the accessories and battery type as specified in the instructions, or as provided
by the manufacturer, use of unqualified accessories will invalidate the warranty.
