Troubleshooting Guide Notes WARNING: To reduce the risk of shock and unintended operation, turn off power and unplug unit before servicing. PROBLEMS Unit doesn't turn on. POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS • • Make sure the unit is plugged in. Place the Nutri Ninja® Cup onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the cup with the motor base. Display should turn on. • Remove cup from base by lifting the cup out. Display should turn off. Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
