SOME THINGS AREN’T TAMPER-PROOF Depending on the recipe, you may need a little extra help getting ingredients down to the blades of your Pitcher. Some specific moments that might call for using your tamper include but are not limited to: large-batch recipes, highly frozen ice cream recipes, nut butter recipes, and purees with little to no added liquid (think hummus or bean dip).
