PHILLY CHEESESTEAK CASSEROLE

BEGINNER RECIPE
DIRECTIONS
1 Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and set to MD:HI. Select
START/STOP to begin. Allow to preheat for
5 minutes.
2 After 5 minutes, place oil, onion, and pepper into
the pot. Cook until vegetables are soft, about
5 minutes. Season with salt. Add mushrooms and
cook for another 5 minutes, until mushrooms are
soft and have released most of their liquid.
3 Add shaved steak, garlic powder, onion powder,
black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook
for 5 minutes, or until steak is cooked through.
4 Fold in the cubed sub rolls, allowing them to soak
up the juices from the steak. Evenly lay the cheese
slices on top of mixture.
5 Close crisping lid. Select BAKE/ROAST, set
temperature to 375°F, and set time to 7–10
minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Check
frequently to avoid burning the cheese.
6 When cooking is complete, serve immediately.
