2.4.3Others: Automatic Attendance Mode
The resul t of at t endance can aut omat i cal l y remai n i n l og hi st ory
onl y wi t h general 1: N aut hent i cat i on. When a speci f i c at t endance
st at us i s repeat ed many t i mes, t he user does not need t o t ake
t roubl e t o press t he same f unct i on key ( F1~F4) each t i me.
I n an aut omat i c at t endance mode, t he i ni t i al screen changes as
f ol l ows and when t he 1: N mat ch i s t ri ed, t he aut hent i cat i on
resul t i s aut omat i cal l y at t ached wi t h t he rel evant at t endance
st at us.
To set or del et e t he aut omat i c at t endance mode, pl ease t ake t he
f ol l owi ng st eps.
1) To set t he mode: Pl ease press an appropri at e f unct i on key
( F1~F4) f or more t han 5 seconds when t he i ni t i al screen appears
t o set t he aut omat i c at t endance mode f or each key. When set t i ng
i s compl et ed, you wi l l hear a set t i ng t one.
2) To del et e t he mode: The aut omat i c at t endance mode i s del et ed
i f you press t he DELETE key f or more t han 5 seconds. When
del et i on i s compl et ed, you wi l l hear a del et i on t one.
