Operation
The hood can operate in two ways:
 By venting the air outside, using a ducting
kit.
 By re-circulating the air, using the charcoal
filter supplied.
The hood must not be connected to a flue
duct used for the flue gases originating
from appliances that do not run on
electricity.
The charcoal filter purifies the air that
circulates throughout the hood; this hot air
is then re-introduced into the appliance in
order to avoid all energy wastage. It is
preferable to use the re-circulation mode
in winter and the vented mode in summer.
