Overview Glass Shelf (C) Iron Frame (A) Shelf Frame (B) Wheel with Brake (E) Wheel (D) FRONT FACING This Bar Cart has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Bar Cart parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 Unpack all parts and place on a clean, non-marring surface.
Step 2 A A B ② ① B Attach Shelf Frame(B) to Iron Frame(A) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(①). Note: This step requires a second adult. One person to do the assembly, the other to hold the Frame. Do not fully tighten the Bolts. Step 3 B ② A ① B Attach Shelf Frame(B) to Iron Frame(A) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(①). Note: This step requires a second adult. One person to do the assembly, the other to hold the Frame. Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
Step 4 A ③ B E D Attach Wheels(D) and Wheels with Brakes(E) to Iron Frame(A) using Spanner(③). Fully tighten all Bolts at all joints in a sequential manner. Step 5 Stand the Bar Cart up, as shown.
Step 6 B ④ A A B D B E Attach Glass Suction Cups(④) to Shelf Frames(B), as shown. Step 7 A C C Carefully, insert Glass Shelves(C) into Shelf Frames(B). Gently press down on the Glass Shelves after you put them into the frame.
Step 8 Upon checking there is wobble,loosely tighten all nuts and adjust the frame until the Bar cart is level to the ground.Then ,tighten all Nuts, in a sequential manner. Step 9 Your Bar Cart is ready for use. This Bar Cart can only be used on a flat, level surface.
