To give you an overview of the Trolley parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective.
Step 1 ④ Open the carton and place all the parts onto a clean, non-marring surface. Put Bottom Tray(A) facedown. Turn Wheels(E) fully into the two mounting positions using Wrench(④) as shown in the picture above. The Trolley parts are heavy, always have a second adult to assist you whenever lifting or moving them. Step 2 Step:2.1 C C Step:2.2 2.1) Align Bottom Tray(A) to the Back Frame(C). 2.2) Attach Bottom Tray(A) to Back Frame(C) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(③) as shown in the picture above.
Step 4 Step:4.2 Step:4.1 Step:4.3 4.1) Align Top Tray(B) to Back Frame(C) and Support Bar(D) 4.2) Attach Top Tray(B) to Back Frame(C) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(③) as shown in the picture above. 4.3) Attach Top Tray(B) to Support Bars(D) using Bolts(①) with Allen Key(③) as shown above. Do not fully tighten the Bolts. Step 5 Now in a sequential manner, proceed to tighten all Bolts at all joints. Note: DO NOT fully tighten a BOLT in one go and then move on to the next.
