Assembly Preparation Before Beginning Assembly: Assembly Steps Overview Backrest Panel (G) Back Cushion (L) Right Panel (I) Left Panel (H) Seat Cushion (M) Front Support Bar (K) Seat Panel (J) FRONT FACING This Left Chair has multiple parts and may require up to 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Left Chair parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective.
Step 1 Unpack and place all parts on a clean, non-marring surface. Step 2 With the help of your adult partner, insert the tenons of the Panel (G) and Front Support Bar (K) into mortises on Left Panel(H) as above picture. Then, secure Back Panel(G) and Front Support Bar (K) to Left Panel (H) by using Screw(⑦) and (⑧) with Allen Key(⑨). Do not fully tighten the Screws.
Step 3 With the help of your adult partner, repeat the same process on step 2 with Right Panel (I), Back Panel(G) and Front Support Bar(K). Do not fully tighten the Screws. Step 4 J Insert Seat Panel (J) onto Chair frame as shown above.
Step 5 L Place Seat Cushion(L), onto the Chair, and affix the velcro straps around the Chair as shown above. Step 6 M Place Seat Cushion(M), onto the Chair as shown above. Then EXERT pressure, floorwards onto the Left Chair with both hands. This pressure will help the Ottoman reach full alignment at all joints. In a sequential manner, gradually tighten alScews at all joints until evenly secured. Inspect the Left Chair and make sure all parts are adequately connected. Your Left Chair is ready to be used.
Step 7 With assistance from your adult partners, place the Chairs facedown and connect the pre-attached clips to connect the Chairs together. Note: This is an optional step in case you want to connect all the Chairs in the set together and should be performed before affixing the cushions.
