2.10 United Kingdom Regulations
This section describes the mandatory regulations that govern the installation and
operation of the 7705 SAR-Hm and 7705 SAR-Hmc in the United Kingdom.
2.10.1 Declaration of Conformity
Hereby, Nokia declares that the equipment documented in this publication is in
compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of:
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016
• Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
• Radio Equipment Regulations 2017
• The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012
