Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery. 1 2 3 4 Place your finger in the recess at the bottom of the device, and carefully lift and open the back cover (1). Lift the battery, and remove it (2). Insert the SIM card (3).
Get started 3 5 When the device indicates a full charge, disconnect the charger from the device, then from the wall outlet. Tip: To save energy, unplug the charger when the battery is fully charged. You do not need to charge the battery for a specific length of time, and you can use the device while it is charging. If the battery is completely discharged, it may take several minutes before the charging indicator appears on the display or before any calls can be made.
