Do not attempt to remove the battery from the device as you may damage the headset. The headset HS-12W is intended for use with the following chargers: AC-1, ACP-12, and LCH-12. Warning: Use only chargers approved by Nokia for use with this particular enhancement.

Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices. See the user guide of your phone for instructions. 3. Select the headset (Nokia HS-12W) from the list of found devices. 4. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

If the headset is switched on within 10 meters of several paired phones, the headset tries to connect to the default phone. If the headset cannot connect to the default phone, the headset tries to connect to the last used phone. If the headset cannot connect to this phone, either, initiate the connection from the desired phone.

If the caller’s name is unknown, the caller’s number or Call is shown instead. To answer a call, press the call/play key, press the key on the microphone, or use the phone keys. If the automatic answer function is set on in your phone, the phone automatically answers the call after one ring. If you want to reject the call, press the call/play key twice.

To play a specific track, select it in the audio player of your phone. See the user guide of your phone for details. To select the next track, press the fast forward key. To select the previous track, press the rewind key once if the player is stopped or twice if a track is playing.
