Converting for Left Handed Use
You can easily convert t he Sensor to left -handed use.
Tools needed:
# 2 Phillips screw driver,
7/ 64 hex w rench
A: Remove t he St eering Wheel Assembly
A1: Make sure the Sensor is t urned off
A2. Carefully remove the Nomadio emblem in the
ce nt e r o f t he st e e rin g w hee l. I t is he ld in p lace b y
f rict io n an d p u lls t ow ard yo u , it doe s n ot tw ist .
A3. Use t he Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove
the screw holding the steering wheel. Remove t he
st eering w heel.
A4. Use the hex wrench to remove the three screws
h o ld in g t he st ee rin g w he e l asse m b ly.
A5. Care f u lly p u ll t h e st ee rin g w he e l asse m b ly aw ay
from the Sensor body.
A6. Carefully unplug the connector from t he steering
w hee l asse m b ly.
B: Remove t he Speaker Assembly
B1. Use the hex wrench to remove the four screws
h o ld in g t he spe ake r asse m b ly.
B2. Pull t he speaker assembly aw ay f rom t he Sensor
body.
B3. Use t he Phillips screw driver to remove t he two
speaker clamp screw s holding t he speaker to t he plastic
cover.
C: Sw ap t he Assemblies
C1. Pass the steering w heel connect or w ire t hrough t he
Sensor body so it comes out t he LEFT side hole (where
the speaker used to be).
C2. Pass the speaker t hrough the Sensor body so it
comes out the RIGHT side hole (where the steering
wheel used to be).
