Binding your transceiver the first time
1. Inst all a t ransceiver int o your vehicle.
( For t h is e xam p le , in st all a t ran sce ive r int o yo u r ele ct ric t ou rin g car, w h ich w ill b e kn ow n t o
t he Sensor as “Model 1.”)
2. In the Sensor’s “Manage Models” function menu, go to “Active Model” and select the
appropriat e model ID for t he vehicle you are going to bind to. (For t his example, select “Model
1.”)
3. After putt ing your model on a st and to prevent runaw ays, power up t he vehicle and
transceiver.
4 . Brin g t he Se n so r clo se t o t he mo de l. T h is w ill h e lp t he t ran sce ive r an d Sen so r t o “ f in d ”
each other more easily.
5. In t he Sensor’s “Manage Models” funct ion menu, select “Rebind.”
6. Using an extended paperclip, depress and hold t he t ransceiver’s “bind” button unt il t he
o n bo ard LED illu m in at e s.
7: Confirm binding on your Sensor by pressing t he “OK”as t he transceiver VIN number is
displayed.
The binding process is now complete!
