11 REGULATORYAGENCIESINFORMATION
WhenOEMpreferstoleverageNordicID’sgrantsandcertificationsoftheNUR05WL2UHFRFIDmodule,
the host device documentation shall include regulatory compliance information on the NUR05WL2
module. Corresponding to the applicable regulatory agencies the following sections outline regulatory
compliance information neededintheuser documentation and externallabelsfor the host devices into
whichtheNUR05WL2isintegrated.
WhenleveragingNordicID’sgrantsandcertifications,antennashallbetakenintoaccount inviewofthe
factthattheNUR05WL2modulehasmettheessentialregulatoryrequirementswiththeantennaslistedin
thecontextofparticularregulatorycomplianceinformation(ApprovedAntennas).Usingtheantennathatis
an approved one, OEM integrator may demonstrate with less effort that the devicewith the integrated
NUR05WL2moduleisincompliancewiththerequirements.
