FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
The incline trainer console offers an impressive array
of features designed to make your workouts more
effective and enjoyable. The console features revo-
lutionary iFit Live technology that enables the incline
trainer to communicate with your wireless network.
With iFit Live technology, you can download personal-
ized workouts, create your own workouts, track your
workout results, race against other iFit Live users, and
access many other features. See www.iFit.com for
complete information.
In addition, the console features a selection of onboard
workouts, including nine calorie workouts, eight inten-
sity workouts, eight speed workouts, and nine incline
workouts. Each workout automatically controls the
speed and incline of the incline trainer as it guides you
through an effective exercise session.
When you use the manual mode, you can change the
speed and incline of the incline trainer with the touch of
a button.
As you exercise, the console will display instant exer-
cise feedback. You can also measure your heart rate
using the handgrip heart rate monitor.
You can even listen to your favorite workout music or
audio books with the console’s premium stereo sound
system while you get in shape.
To turn on the power, see page 15. To use the man-
ual mode, see page 15. To use the stereo sound
system, see page 17. To use an onboard workout,
see page 18. To use an iFit Live workout, see page

IMPORTANT: If there is a sheet of plastic on the
console, remove the plastic. To prevent damage
to the walking platform, wear clean athletic shoes
while using the incline trainer. The first time the
incline trainer is used, observe the alignment of the
walking belt, and center the walking belt if neces-
sary (see page 25).
