HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM
To play music or audio books through the console’s
speakers, you must connect your MP3 player, CD
player, or other personal audio player to the console.
Locate the audio wire. Plug one end into the audio jack
on the side of the console. Then, plug the other end
into a jack on your MP3 player, CD player, or other
personal audio player. Make sure that the audio wire
is fully plugged in.
Next, press the Play button
on your MP3 player, CD
player, or other personal
audio player. Then, adjust
the volume level on your
personal audio player or
press the volume increase
and decrease buttons on
the console.
If you are using a personal CD player and the CD
skips, set the CD player on the oor or another at sur-
face instead of on the console.
Note: The USB port on the side of the console is for
software updates only. Plug a USB drive into the
USB port only if instructed to do so by an autho-
rized service representative.
HOW TO ADJUST THE CUSHIONING SYSTEM
Remove the key from the console and unplug the
power cord. The treadmill features a cushioning sys-
tem that reduces the impact as you walk or run on the
treadmill.
To increase the rmness of the walking platform, step
off the treadmill and use a hex key to turn the cushion
adjustors clockwise until the number of the desired
rmness level appears next to the cushion adjustor (9
is the highest rmness level).
To decrease the rmness, step off the treadmill and
use a hex key to turn the cushion adjustors counter-
clockwise until the number of the desired rmness level
appears next to the cushion adjustor (1 is the lowest
rmness level).
Note: Make sure that both front cushions are set at
the same rmness level and both rear cushions are
set at the same rmness level. The faster you run
on the treadmill, or the more you weigh, the rmer
the walking platform should be.
